Heritage Foods Ltd (“HFL”) is the licensed owner of the brand “Heritage VET+”. HFL respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides succinctly the manner in which your data is collected and used by HFL on the Site. As a visitor to the application, users are advised to please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by the application, user agree to the collection and use of their data by HFL in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy.

Type of Users  

Milk Collection Center Representatives - Collecting milk from dairy farmers twice a day Milk Producers or farmers  - who supply the milk to the MCC Representative. 
Employees - HFL employees who take coordination of procurement  of milk and provide inputs to milk producers.
Veterinarians (Internal) - Treating cattle via online advisory service (free- honorary service)
Veterinarians (External) - Paid service Providing cattle treatments at the doorstep of the milk producer who take the service by using the Vet+ Service App.
Type of service providers - Veterinarian , Veterinary Assistant , Artificial Insemination technician and Veterinary Pharmacy owner.

Services overview

As part of the registration process on the application / site, HFL may collect the following personal identifiable information about user : Name including first and last name, e-mail, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.), cattle details owned (like cattle milk production, FAT%, SNF%, age , lactation details and previous medical conditions) and information about the pages on the site, user visits/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times user access the page and any such browsing information.

1.Online Veterinary Advisory Services via VET+ App. Query is submitted by milk producers with photos of the cattle. Veterinary doctors see the condition and provide the medical prescription and advisory. 

 

2.Cattle Nutrition Services

The  features of the  application is to calculate the  least cost ration by taking inputs of local feed names and price per kgs. This total feed cost and quantity will be provided based on the cattle, HFL shall provide the Nutritional information based on App for benefit of the milk producers for no loss and no profit basis, any wrong calculations of output from this feature of the App. HFL shall not be liable for.

 

3.Buy and Sell of Cattle

 

The HFL shall provide the information by maintaining data for trading cattle , which allows users to filter and choose cattle from the data. The users who intend to sell  their cattle  can post cattle details on this platform to sell their cattle. The users who are willing to purchase the cattle can use the data maintained in this platform. The Buyer and Seller of the livestock determine the price of the livestock wherein HFL has no obligation on price as well as any data on cattle, provided by both Buyer and Seller through this App. 

 

4.Physical Veterinary Services - HFL will only provide the platform to consult the Veterinary service providers, only for easy approach to the service of such professionals , HFL shall not be responsible for the services provided by veterinary doctors or Nutrition services.

User availing the services have to pay the fee towards the availing services, wherein HFL shall not have liability for any negligence, omission, commission from the service provider. It will be between the service provider and End user availing services.

Eligibility

Services of the application / site would be available to only select geographies in India. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If the user is a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age, user may use the application / site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If user age is below 18 years, their parents or legal guardians can use this App on behalf of user, if they are registered users. 

License &Site Access

HFL grants user a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this application / site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of HFL. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of HFL. user may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the application / site or of HFL and its affiliates without express written consent. user may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the application / sites or HFL’s or trademarks without the express written consent of HFL. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by HFL.

 

Account &Registration Obligations

All users have to register and login to place their indents on Cattle feed and supplements  on the application / site. users have to keep their account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the application / site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out by contacting the customer service. 

Pricing

All the products on the application / site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices including incidental expenditure i.e freight  charges. 

Cancellation by Site / user

users can cancel their order within the stipulated  time of the slot for which they have placed an order by calling our customer service. The amount paid by the User ,shall not be refunded ,the said amount shall be adjusted  for future purchase of products. If HFL suspects any fraudulent Indent by any user or any Indent which defies the terms &conditions of website/Mobile App. HFL at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. HFL will maintain a fraudulent Users  list and said Users and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

 

Return &Refunds

HFL does not have any return / refund policy. Since products HFL sell are sensitive to hygiene and temperature, HFL will not entertain any returns from users in any case. Products once sold / delivered will not be returned back in any case. However in the event of any manufacturing defect the Users shall have to return the defective products within twenty four hours  from the date of delivery of the product/s otherwise full replacement will not be ensured.

 

User Agrees and Confirms

1. That in the event of a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by user (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by HFL for freight changes  shall be borne by the User.
2. That user will use the services provided by the application / site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and indenting on the application / site.
3. That user will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of the user. HFL reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation details of user are found false (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debarring User ( you) from using the services and / or other affiliated websites /applications without prior intimation whatsoever.
4. The user authorizes the Customer Care to contact for any purposes related to their account/indent.
5. That user are accessing the services available on this application / site and Indenting at their sole wish and are using their best and prudent judgment before entering into any Indent through this application / site.
6. That the address at which delivery of the product indented by the user is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
7. Before placing an order, the user will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, users agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description. user may not use the application / site for any of the following purposes:
8. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable materials.
9. Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.
10. Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site.
11. Breaching any applicable laws;
12. Interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the Site.
13. Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the Owner. 

Colors

 

Any dispute will  not be entertained on the ground of appearance of Colours of the products in the App,but the disputes will be entertained if any information about the products said to be false on features &specifications of the products displayed in the App.

  HFL has made every effort to display the colours of its products that appear on the Application / Website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours the user see will depend on their monitor, HFL cannot guarantee that user monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

Modification of Terms &Conditions of Service

HFL shall  at any time modify the Terms &Conditions of Use of the Application / Website without any prior intimation / notification to the user. The amended Terms and Conditions shall be available in the App . Users should visit the site and  review the Terms &Conditions on the Site. In the event the modified Terms &Conditions is not acceptable to user, they may discontinue using the Service. However, after modification of T &C , if the user continues to use the Service he/she  shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the amended Terms &Conditions of Use of this Site.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by HFL and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Hyderabad. The High Court of judicature at Hyderabad alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

 

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to the Application / Website on or by this Application / Website or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with user use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain the property of HFL. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to HFL of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, HFL owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. HFL will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any Comments user submits for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating the user in any way. HFL is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay users any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. users  agree that any Comments submitted by them to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. the users further agree that no Comments submitted by them to the Website will be or contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam". HFL does not regularly review posted Comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Comments submitted to the Site. Users grant HFL the right to use the name that they submit in connection with any Comments. user agrees not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Comments submitted. The user shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Comments they make and they agree to indemnify HFL and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments they submit. Indemnity

users agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HFL, its employees, directors, officers, agents, distributors and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon their actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to HFL or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of their  obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of the their violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either the user or HFL. user may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that user discontinues any further use of this Application / Website. HFL is having right to terminate this User Agreement without any caution notice if any fraudulent Indent  and the information given  by user found false or any Indent which defies the terms &conditions of using the website and accordingly deny their access to the Site, Such termination will be without any liability to HFL. Upon termination of the User Agreement by either user or HFL, users must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. HFL has the right to make any Comment, shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel user obligation to pay for the product already indented from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.

HFL shall have the right to stop the Application at any time without prior notice to the Users,merely having the membership in the App, the Users shall not have any right or  claim over the Ownership of this Application or any such demand.
